We have just launched an Indiegogo fundraising campaign for our film, and we are humbly asking for your help.
The funds you, our supporters, provide are what make the creation of this humanitarian action a reality.
Now, as the team finds ourselves with ever-lessening funding and an ever-growing importance to continue this project, we must implore you to stand with us and aid us in making change.
The international network of The Way To Ruby Valley is rapidly growing, and already young adults are finding inspiration from interactions with mentors. The Way To Ruby Valley tells the stories of these meetings, and our contribution to the global discussion is well underway; we are already nurturing networks in 6 nations as well as connecting with indigenous populations. Ours is a grass-roots effort, and the resulting film will be made widely available in various ways. The process is just as important as the final product will prove to be, and we need support from people like you.
While the open sharing of knowledge and critical thinking on such personally impactful subjects is important among peers and those in our communities, it is the sharing of these ideas and experiences with people from broad backgrounds and cultures which builds greater understanding and empathy.
Contributions to the film help to this end.
“Instead of being a tool of prestige it needs to be something that is seen as outdated, inhumane and not something that we want anymore”
